Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not cover the shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your package.

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@vancouverbattery.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship within Canada only.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We generally use Canada Post unless requested to do otherwise. Shipping times vary from 2 -14 days depending on the service you choose and where you are. Most parcels arrive on average of 6-8 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you are ordering many small batteries it is best to contact us directly as our system will put a default weight for each item and it will cost much more than if we manually weigh them as one package. For such orders we will manually pack and weigh the package to get the most cost effective rate for you.
