      We had the same backup battery installed by our security alarm company in July 2014 but noticed after recent power failures that it was taking a fair number of hours for it to recharge. Our hardwired system although 37 years old otherwise works flawlessly. Our trouble light code indicated the problem was with the battery itself. I phoned our alarm company and was told we should replace the battery, now 8 years old. They also said that their price for the same battery would be $40 so that Vancouver Battery was offering a really good deal. From Langley the cost of gas and my time to drive into Vancouver was easily worth the shipping fee. The battery arrived within a few days and I easily installed it myself. The trouble light indicator disappeared instantly so we are all good to go. Therefore I am completely satisfied with this excellent product and its cost as well as the professional, prompt, service and delivery I received from Vancouver Battery. I could not find any other supplier online or otherwise for this battery.
