Couriers

We mainly use Fedex for most of our shipments. Fedex Ground 2-7 business days in Canada and the US. Fedex Express 1-4 business days depending on service chosen. When shipping with Fedex we will email the tracking number to our customers as soon as the product ships.

We can also ship via Purolator and UPS.

Vancouver Battery Corp is not responsible for delays incurred by freight companies or events beyond our control.

Shipping Times and Freight Charges

We ship to street addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping, freight and insurance will be paid by the customer.

Your order will arrive will depend upon the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of items are in stock unless otherwise noted and will ship the next day after we receive your order.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday). Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded).

Products are shipped out next business day after receiving the order.

The amount of freight will be calculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock we will contact the customer with the expected delivery time. At that time the customer may choose a refund and we will process it accordingly.
