Vancouver Battery Corp. stands behind all the products that we sell. In the event of a return our return policy and procedure is as follows:
Defective products - People coming to our store
1. Please contact us by phone (604) 737-8463 or email info@vancouverbattery.com to inform us of your problem so we can be sure that we have a replacement battery in stock.
2. Come in and we will exchange the battery ¡V please provide invoice so we can verify warranty period.
3. Defective products are generally warranted for 1 year unless stated on the package for a longer period of time.
Defective products ¡V People shipping product to our store
1. Please contact us by phone (604) 737-8463 or email info@vancouverbattery.com to inform us of your problem so we can be sure that we have a replacement battery in stock. You will need to provide us with an invoice for proof of purchase.
2. After confirming that the product is under warranty we will issue you a Return Authorization number.
3. Please ship back to us using your preferred method of shipping ¡V customer shall cover the cost of shipping back to us. It is recommended that you use a service that is trackable in case the package is lost.
4. After receiving the battery and confirming that it has not been misused we will send out a replacement and cover the shipping back to you.
5. Defective products are generally warranted for 1 year unless stated on the package for a longer period of time.
Returns of non-defective products
Refunds will be given for unused product with original packaging within the first 15 days and be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
